1. What is BoomKumbu?

BoomKumbu is a unique electronic recharge service that allow you to recharge your cellular phone and TV account . you can recharge your account using one of our agents or using our web site for online recharge.

2. Ho do I recharge my TV account (decoder)?

At this stage we provide online recharge services for DSTV and UAU users only. To recharge your TV account, simply choose the DSTV or UAU logo on the HOME, choose the product you want to recharge from the available products list, fill in the decoder / smart card number number you want to recharge and click on OK. You will be directed to paypal for payment approval. You would be able to pay using your paypal account or any credit card

3. How do I recharge my cellular phone?

At this stage we provide online recharge services for Movicel users only. To recharge your phone, simply choose the Movciel logo on the HOME, choose the product you want to recharge from the available products list, fill in the phone number you want to recharge and click on OK. You will be directed to paypal for payment approval. You would be able to pay using your paypal account or any credit card

4. Is it safe to Recharge online?

BoomKumbu provides its shoppers with various ways of making the online shopping experience convenient, safe and most suitable to their needs. We offer various methods for payments making your purchase process simple and secured, while maintaining your privacy at all times.

5. Can I recharge o phone number / TV account that is not mine?

Yes, you can recharge online any valid phone number / TV account. Just enter the correct phone number / decoder number and the credit will be loaded automatically to the desired device

6. What if I want to recharge more then one phone number?

In case you would like to recharge more then one phone, we would recommend you to register tou our website. As a registered user you would be able to create a list o phones / TV accounts you would like to recharge on a regular basis, you would be able to view all of your recharge history, analyse past transactions. The other option of recharging few phone numbers would be to recharge them one after the other.

7. How quickly my account will be recharged?

For Movicel and DSTV account, the recharge is being processed imidiately and you account balance will be active instantly. UAU customers will have to call UAU service center.

8. What can I do if the product I'm looking for is not available on your site?

The best way to solve this issue would be to recharge your phone with another product which is available on line. In addition you are welcome to contact our Customer Service department and suggest new products to our online shop. We will check for the products and try to make them available for your online purchase. You can contact us here.

9. How do I pay for the products I order?

BoomKumbu offers its shoppers various options for secured payment – whether online or offline. For online payments we accept paypal payments and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover For offline payment, you can recharge your phone in one of the hundreds of Boom Kumbu recharge points located in Angola. 10. Do you have a physical store in Angola?

Yes. We have more then 200 physical points of sale located in Angola, in which you can independently recharge your phone, TV account, Internet modem etc.. and find more products

13. How can I be sure that I actually get the products I ordered and paid for online?

At the end of each transaction you will get a notification advising you on the successful recharge of the product. This notification can be done by Email, SMS or both. Each transaction approval will have a unique transaction number. With this transaction number you would be able to clarify any doubt regarding your recharge.

14. How can I be sure that the details I provide online are kept safe and private?

BoomKumbu is committed to keep its shoppers privacy, therefore applies a set of common online privacy methods. We use leading online technologies for privacy management, to assure your information is safe at all times. We only collect the information we need in order to complete your purchase and provide it to you. We commit not to share this information with anyone else, or use it for different purposes. In any case your payment information is not being kept. In order to give you the best and most secure payment form, we use only PayPal payment system, which considered to be the most secure online payment system in the world.

15. What are the payment means you accept?

We accept paypal payments and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover

16. I can’t recharge, what should I do?

In case you are having problems in recharging your phone or TV account, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

17. What happen if I enter the wrong number for recharge?

We will charge your credit card only after we have confirmed with the operator (Movicel, DSTV etc) that the number you have entered is a valid number. In case you enter a non valid number we will not charge your credit card and advise you that the operation wasn’t completed.
